Gerard is acknowledged as an expert in the strata sector and presents at legal conferences. He sits on the Council of the Australian College of Strata Lawyers and has participated in research projects, including with the City Futures Research Centre, University of New South Wales.
A graduate of the University of NSW law school, Gerard is a Fellow of the Australia College of Strata Lawyers and an accredited mediator. In working on matters, Gerard has the ability to identify the real issue that needs to be addressed and enjoys working to obtain the resolution which is best for his client.
